Our Story
The first day they met, it was Josie's first day of training as an Office Administrator for College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving. Ethan, one of the top Moving Captains for the company, walked in & introduced himself. As soon as they shook hands, something stirred in the air around them like fireworks. A few dates later & COVID happening a few months after dating, they labeled themselves the "COVID Couple." 5 years later & the rest is history! Ethan is the calm to Josie's storm, & Josie is the spontaneity to Ethan's routine. Like yin & yang, or peas & carrots, they just make sense.

Ceremony & Reception will take place at same venue. Backyard will primarily be used with open doors to living area for inside lounging. No partying outside after 10PM. We'll be in a residential neighborhood on St. John's River in Old Mandarin. Parking available for no more than 20-30 vehicles. If you are local in the Jacksonville area, Ubers/Lyfts or carpooling is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Is this a venue or a house?
Answer
Three Oaks Manor is a new 3-story vacation rental in the Old Mandarin area. Limited on-site parking. Carpooling is highly encouraged. Not visible from Google street view. We will have signs & lights signaling where to go on day of.

Can I bring my kids or +1 that was not on the invitation?
Answer
Because this is someone's home, guest count is capped at 75, including the bride & groom. The owner of Three Oaks Manor lives right next door, so please no additional guests aside from the invitation. Please contact Josie or Ethan with any questions about head count.
