Joshua's Version: We met through Facebook dating. Nicole's Version: I had given up on my dream of ever getting married and then we met through Facebook dating.
Told by the Mother-of-the Bride: We celebrate Family dinner most Friday nights. On this evening Nicole was hangry and was irritated by our shenanigans. We went around the room asking couples what their couple songs were for each of their relationships. Finally, a video was put on of a song Joshua picked. He asked Nicole to dance. She was at a loss for words (unusual since she is like her Momma.) Joshua got on one knee, he was so nervous. He asked, She said, “Yes!” Here we are….

Joshua says that God started meddling a little over 2 years ago. He knew he needed to make changes; however, struggled to figure it out. In February he meant Nicole online and was initially hopeful. His first time meeting Nicole he shared a meal with her, her Dad, Mom, and Nanny. Although, Josh and Nic spent the afternoon together, alone. He would also tell you he dated Nicole & her family more than her alone, in the first 3-4 weeks. Joshua knew all about God and in the last 6 months he has gotten to know God on a personal level. He is a young man who desires Jesus to be the center of it all and the head of his household.
Yummy!
