The dress code is "Cocktail" (This didn't mean much to us before we googled, this is the link that describes it and has a few examples: https://www.brides.com/cocktail-attire-wedding-4844364)

Are there any colours to avoid?

Answer

The wedding party will be wearing "Pine" (Dark Green) - to help them stand out, we kindly request that guests refrain from this shade.

Will any of the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

We have chosen a venue that will let us avoid the unpredictable Scottish weather if it rains, so the Ceremony, Reception, meal and evening are all in the same building. There is a small outdoor garden which will be open if the weather is nice enough though.

There is a lift, and accessible toilet at the venue. However please let us know in advance as they will open an alternate (main) entrance to allow access.
