Outdoor Activities in and around Anchorage
-Flat Top hike at Glen Alps Trailhead. -Turnagain Arm Trail, South Anchorage, easy walking and/or steeper hikes. -Coastal Trail, great for walking, running, renting bikes. -Tour of Portage Glacier (in Whittier about an hour south of Anchorage) -Matanuska Glacier tour (about 2 hours North of Anchorage) -Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (near Whittier, hour South of Anchorage) -Anchorage Area Museums: Anchorage Museum (Art and local history) -Alaska Native Heritage Center -Alyeska Tram in Girdwood (cute town, can hike North Face and free Tram ride down) -Anchorage Trolley *Feel free to ask Josh and Jenny if you have more questions!!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Parking may be tight, there is parking at the venue, and a few spots on the West side of Float Plane Drive. There is additional free parking at the Lake Hood Dirt Strip (across from Regal Air). Uber and Lyft are available in Anchorage, as well as Alaska Cab and Yellow Cab.

We are not registered anywhere, but are extremely excited to celebrate with everyone in person! (Unless you want to buy us a condo in Kihei, Maui or a new Lycoming 0-320 E2D).

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Midtown and Downtown hotels or vacation rental properties are the closest to the Venue. We would avoid Mountain View, Fairview and the Muldoon area (unless you are familiar with those areas). If you have questions, please contact Josh or Jenny.
