A stunning day. Perfect sunshine. And an appetite for Mexican food; as Josh and his family head on over to the ever-popular 'Salsa-17'. However, it wasn't only a burrito that was destined for Josh that afternoon. One clean plate and bill later, Mathias (Josh's eldest brother) spots a familiar figure approaching. This man was none other than the father of Destiny, stopping by to say 'good day' as his last encounter was at Destiny's older sisters' wedding; which Josh did not attend. This brief 'hello' is what sparked the idea of a family lunch between the two. However, it wasn't till months later (and a drivers license) until Josh gained up the courage to ask Destiny out on a date; to which she said 'Yes!'. February 12, 2022, Josh picks Destiny up in his rusty and junky 03' Sentra and they zoom on over to Texas Roadhouse. After hours of bodacious conversation full of laughs and fun, Josh drops her off for the night. On his way back home... he immediately knew he found his Destiny! One month later, Josh asks Destiny to be his girlfriend and also starts saving up for a diamond! After countless unique and exciting dates, Josh proposes to Destiny as a complete surprise and they now await the day to be announced husband and wife! June 2nd, 2024
