Wedding Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, on the east lawn, please arrive with plenty of time to park and be seated. Following the ceremony please head to the main entrance of the mansion, while we take some photos. Please help your self to the cash bar and charcuterie in the reception area. Grand entrance at 7:00pm followed by food, drinks and plenty of dancing, to end about 11:00pm. Please note, while we do cherish your little ones, we have decided to limit attendance to children 7 years old and above.

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

We will have a buffet style dinner, snacks and nibbles and a cash bar.

Travel

For any out of towners, the Wichita (ICT), Oklahoma City (OKC) or Tulsa (TUL) airports are all the same distance, about an hour and a half drive, from Ponca city. Be sure to check all 3 as prices vary. We have discounted rooms blocked off at the Osage Casino and Hotel, located at 64464 US-60, Ponca City, OK 74604. Tel (877) 246-8777, for both 10.25 and 10.26. Amenities include free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, restaurant, bar, outdoor pool and casino. Transport to and from the wedding venue to the hotel is available upon request. Reservations can be made via phone or online. If booking online provide the group code 4785158 or for reservations via the phone use the Tracey/Smith Wedding. Be sure to book before October 5th to ensure the discounted rate.
