We had known each other for a few years through working at the same place together but that’s not where our story starts. We officially met at a dive bar. So adorable, right?? It gets better! Rhianna hadn’t been to that bar in years so she parked where she had in years previous. Joe was a gentleman and wanted to walk her to her car and make sure she was sent on her way safely. Lo and behold, her car wasn’t there!! And like any normal woman’s reaction, she cried.. he was so kind to her and consoled her. Joe knew that her car got towed. So he offered to get her to her car safely. And that’s where our love story begins. Sometimes bad things happens to allow two people to slowly fall in love with each other. Joe drove Rhi to her car and even offered to follow her home to make sure she gets there safely. They decided to spend a little time together and talk. And DANG did they have so much in common!! The next couple of weeks was spent sharing stories and interests and they just couldn’t get enough of each other. This might be TMI (mom, dad, close your eyes) but it took us 3 whole weeks to finally share our first kiss. I think in this day and age, that’s almost a whole lifetime. We have had so many wonderful memories together that the thought of forever, doesn’t scare us anymore. We now dream of forever together. I think we can both honestly say we’ve found our better halves. We can’t wait to explore this journey together, and start it with our closest loved ones.
