You can RSVP through this website directly. On the homepage, click RSVP and add any of the guests listed on your invitation to continue. If you run into any issues with this, please feel free to contact José or Karina. Puede reservar su espacio en este sitio de internet. En la página de inicio haga click en RSVP y agregue los invitados para continuar. Si tiene preguntas contacte a José o Karina.

What if I didn't RSVP in time? - Que tal si no confirme mi asistencia?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (August 16th), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding! Si no recivimos su confirmación para el Agosto 16, automáticamente se le pondrá como "No Asistiré." Extrañaremos festejar con usted pero es de mucha importancia que le proveeremos a los vendedores un numero total de invitados. Gracias por entender.

What time should I arrive? - A que hora debo llegar?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. There will be extra parking across the street at The Bowers Museum. The ceremony will begin at 4 PM so plan to arrive by 3:30. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is completed. Por favor llegue por lo menos 30 minutos antes de que empiece la ceremonia para que pueda encontrar estacionamiento y su silla. Habra estacionamiento extra al otro lado de la calle en The Bowers Museum. La ceremonia empezara a las 4 PM asi que planee llegar a las 3:30. Ya cuando la ceremonia empieze, no se le permitirá entrar hasta que la ceremonia termine.

Is the wedding outside? - La boda será afuera?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony and reception will be outside. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day. Si, la ceremonia y la recepción serán afuera. Por favor vístase apropiadamente y manténgase hidratado.

Can I take photos during the ceremony? - ¿Puedo tomar fotografías durante la ceremonia?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Les pedimos que guarden sus teléfonos y cámaras durante la ceremonia, ya que queremos que todos estén presentes en el momento. Contamos con un fotógrafo y un videógrafo profesionales que capturarán la ceremonia. Aparte de la ceremonia, ¡sí! No dudes en tomar todas las fotos y vídeos que quieras.

What is the dress code? - Cual es el codigo de vestimenta?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our wedding is Formal or Black Tie optional, meaning women should wear floor length dresses or gowns and men should wear formal tuxedos or suits. Vistase para impresionar! Nuestra boda es de vestimiento formal. Lo que significa es que mujeres deben usar vestidos o batas hasta el suelo y los hombres deben usar tuxedo o traje formal.

Am I allowed to bring a plus 1? - Puedo traer a otro invitado?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP. Para que nuestra boda sea lo mas intimo posible, solo personas que hayan sido incluidos en su invitación serán permitidos entrar. Si se le permitió traer un invitado, aparecerá en su invitación.

Unless specified on your invitation, we kindly request you join us for an adults only celebration. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your night off. Si no se especifica en su invitación, le pedimos amablemente que no traiga niños.

Will alcohol be served? - ¿Se servirá alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have three signature cocktails, two beers, and unlimited soft drinks. We will have a tab for our bar and once the tab runs out, it will switch to cash bar. We want our guests to have fun and enjoy the celebration while also remembering that this is a spiritual event and ask that you please drink responsibly. (Ecclesiastes 9:7, Ephesians 5:18) Si, tendremos tres cócteles especiales, dos cervezas, y refrescos ilimitados. Tenemos cierta cantidad pagada para las bebidas alcohólicas, cuando se acabe, tendrá que pagar sus bebidas. Queremos que se diviertan y disfruten del convivió pero a la misma vez recordar que este es un evento espiritual y que tome responsablemente. (Eclesiastés 9:7; Efesios 5:18)
