What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at our venue Columbia Collective at 5:00. Our ceremony will begin at 5:30pm so you will want to give yourself enough time to arrive and be seated.

As much as we love little ones, we have decided to make our wedding an adults-only event. This will allow everyone to fully enjoy the evening without distraction, and we hope this gives you a chance to relax and have fun kid free night out! Is there a dress code?

Our wedding is a black-tie affair, so men, please come in your sharpest tuxedos or suits, and women, get ready to dazzle in a gown or your most formal attire! You’re free to choose any color you like—just please avoid red or white.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, our venue has more than enough parking to accommodate all of our guests. Uber and Lyft are also very easily accessible as well. If you have a little too much fun cars can be left overnight at the venue and picked up the next morning. Please do not drink and drive. Just note that if the vehicles are left overnight Columbia Collective will not be held accountable if anything happens to your vehicle.

To help us ensure we can accommodate everyone and order the perfect amount of food, please RSVP by May 2nd. This will make everything much easier for us, and we appreciate your help in advance.

Please note that plus ones are only extended to those listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we want to spend this special day with the closest people in our lives.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

For our out-of-town guests or anyone looking to make the evening extra special, the closest hotel to our venue is Willows Lodge, just next door. If you're looking for a more budget-friendly option, Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Woodinville is also nearby.
