Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. We hope you understand!

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony and reception?

Answer

In order to ensure that we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and we would be happy to send you any pictures upon request! During cocktail hour and the reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like!

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love all our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 21 on our wedding day, with the exception of children in the wedding party and other special circumstances. It will be listed under your RSVP if your child has been included for certain circumstances. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans, please! There will always be indoor space with air conditioning if needed!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will have a shuttle service running all afternoon, from the candlewood suites hotel to the Florian Gardens. Shuttle services will start around 3:15 from the hotel to the wedding venue, and will be able to make as many trips as needed back and forth throughout the evening, so that guests are able to stay and leave as they please. There is parking at the venue for guests who would like to drive, but we are encouraging our guests who will be staying overnight and consuming alcohol to utilize the shuttle service for everyone's safety. Thank you!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! During cocktail hour there will be a completely open bar provided by the couple (beer, wine, mixed drinks, etc.). At the end of cocktail hour, we will host beer and wine all night. A cash bar for mixed drinks will be available to purchase concluding cocktail hour. The beer and wine are on us, the hangover is on you!
