The reception, including cocktail hour, will immediately follow the ceremony, featuring an open bar and hors d'oeuvres. How do I get to the venue?

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of free parking at the venue. When you enter the venue, follow the signs to the right to find the parking area.

Please RSVP here on our website. If you encounter any issues or are unable to do so, please reach out to us directly and let us know!

Can I bring a plus-one?

We're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation envelope. Please refer to your invitation envelope or enter your name into our wedding website RSVP tool to see if you have been invited to bring a plus-one.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we can only accommodate children listed on your invitation.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request semi-formal/cocktail attire for our wedding celebration. The venue is largely grass, so we suggest leaving the stilettos at home. Please no jeans. Cowboy hats are welcome.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We are requesting our guests to participate in an "Unplugged Ceremony." We kindly ask you turn off your phone and put them away for the duration of the ceremony.

Yes! Beer, wine, and various cocktails will be available. We kindly ask our guests to drink responsibly.

Can I Uber or Lyft to your venue?
Answer
We highly recommend and encourage our guests who intend on drinking to Uber or Lyft to our wedding. Entering the venue address in to Uber will ensure they get you to the right place. We recommend letting your driver know that Google Maps takes you to the wrong location and to use the built in map for Uber or Lyft.

Is there a hotel room block?
Answer
There are no hotel room blocks. We suggest staying at ilani in Ridgefield, the Best Western Battleground, or the Lewis River Inn located in Woodland. See the Travel section for additional information on these hotels.

Is there a shuttle from the hotels to the venue?
Answer
There are no shuttles from the recommended hotels to the venue. We recommend and encourage our guests who intend on drinking to Uber or Lyft to our venue. There is also plenty of on-site parking should you wish to drive.
