My advice is the arrive on the 19th at the latest. The rehearsal dinner is at 7pm on the 20th, and the wedding party will be required to be there at 5 pm to do a practice run. This will ensure that if there are any travel delays that you will still be on time for the rehearsal. I also recommend booking you flight home on the 23rd so you do not feel rushed for send-off on the 22nd. Brunch will be at 11 am so trying to catch a flight after that will be difficult.
