We have secured a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn in Hudson, Wisconsin for the convenience of our guests. To make a reservation, please click the link and enter your desired dates. The group booking discount will be automatically applied booking through our website. We kindly recommend booking your accommodations early, as availability may be limited. To receive the discounted rate, please book by September 17th. Parking

295 Lindsay Rd Hudson, WI 54016 United States The Aisling has its own event parking lot for guests. Parking overnight is allowed, but not recommended. If necessary please park in the overflow lot directly across from Lindsay road.

Shuttle

1st Class Transportation

October 17, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:45 pm

For your convenience, a shuttle will run between the Holiday Inn and our venue on the day of the wedding. To the Venue: The shuttle will begin running at 4:00PM, with departures approximately every 25 minutes, with the last shuttle departing the hotel at 5:00 PM We kindly ask that you plan to arrive at the venue no later than 5:15 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM. Returning to the Hotel: Return shuttle service will begin at 9:45 PM and will run on the same 25-minute schedule, with the final departure at 11:45 PM. We encourage you to take advantage of this service and enjoy the celebration safely and stress-free!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 6th- but the sooner the better! If it slips your mind, don't worry... we'll give you a friendly nudge.

Is the venue indoor our outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors - weather permitted. Dinner and the reception will both be held indoors.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please refer to our travel tab about all hotel information, shuttle, and parking information.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only guests who are listed on the RSVP will be invited to the wedding. We'd like to keep our celebration as personal as possible.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

While our celebration will be mostly an adults night, a few special guests will be there. If your child's name is listed on your RSVP, they're on the guest list - Otherwise, we'd love for you to enjoy this evening as a night off. <3

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would like to stick to neutral tones - please avoid wearing bright colors. Ladies: Floor length, midi dresses, or a fun jumpsuit is perfect. Gentleman: Suits or sports jacket will do. Please no jeans!

Are we allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony stays unplugged and phones/cameras are on silent and put away. We will have our photographer there to capture everything!
