FAQs

Question

Where is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony and celebration will both take place at the Koehler family farm. Because it’s a private residence, Google Maps has a bit of a habit of leading people to the wrong driveway or a neighboring street. Please use the link below – this will bring you to our single-lane ¼ mile gravel driveway (NE 91st Circle): https://maps.app.goo.gl/3Q1DDzrZ8AZxRyrS6 Address (for reference): 21809 NE 91st Circle Vancouver, WA 98682

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Since our ceremony is beginning promptly at 7pm, we recommend arriving about 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to find a seat and get settled.

Question

Will dinner be served?

Answer

We are opting for a spread of heavy hors d'oeuvres, light bites, and plenty of desserts (and drinks, of course!) following the ceremony, instead of a traditional plated meal. We recommend having dinner before you arrive so you’re ready to party.

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP! We are working to ensure there are plenty of options available, including gluten-free and vegetarian vittles, so everyone has something delicious to eat.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

If you would like to help us start our lives together, we are registered right here on Zola. You can find our full registry under the "Registry" tab at the top of this page.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of our venue and a limited guest count, we can only accommodate the guests specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation says "and Guest," feel free to bring a date!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an Adults-Only event (14 years and up). We hope you use this as a night off to relax and celebrate with us!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The vibe is Spunky Garden Party aka Semi-Formal. Since the ceremony is taking place in a field, we recommend choosing footwear that will allow you to be comfortable in grass, gravel, and uneven surfaces (stiletto heels will likely be a struggle!).

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Fly into Portland (PDX). The venue is about 20 minutes northeast of the airport.
