Fun Fact:
Emilie and Johnny's engagement was super sweet and simple. But of course, it involved pizza! (the groom definitely has an obsession, can't you tell?)
First Date:
Believe it or not, the first date was just like any other day as an already couple. We met, had dinner at Panda Express, stopped at Target and shopped for snacks and headed to a drive-in movie. What better way to know someone's real personality than by just doing real every day things!

Is there an expected attire?
Answer
Preferably, yes. Despite it being an intimate dinner, we would like for all of our guests to attend in semi-formal attire. An idea of this would be close to your Sunday best. If not, not to worry! Ultimately we just want our loved ones with us on our special day!

What time is the ceremony?
Answer
My partner and I have decided to keep the ceremony private between immediate family only. This would have taken place before the wedding dinner celebration. We said yes!

When does the dinner start and end?
Answer
The dinner starts at 5pm located in the clubhouse within the Oaks at Baywood complex and it ends at 8pm per management. We ask that you arrive no later than 5:30 so we can have as much time to celebrate with all of you!

Will there be a gate code into the complex?
Answer
Yes. The gate code is 5656 and you should be able to find parking to your left near the pool. If not, anywhere is fine.

What if I can't find the complex or parking?

For any issues, definitely contact either Em or Johnny to be guided in. Phone number will be provided.

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
No. Smoking will not be allowed on site.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
There will be no open bar but will have a limited amount of alcohol. Please understand this is per property management.

What about food?
Answer
We like to keep things simple & non-traditional. Per the groom's request, we will be having pizza. There will also be an option to have tacos thanks to the bride's family.

Can I bring a plus one/guest?
Answer
We kindly ask that you please run this by either the groom or bride unless already given the option to bring a guest. Please understand that this is due to the location of event and some restrictions. We'd prefer to keep it close-knit and intimate. Thank you.

Will my car be okay within the parking?
Answer
Yes! Just make sure to send your license plate number as we would need to register it.

Where are the restrooms?
Answer
Restrooms are NOT inside clubhouse. Some are near it and some across the pool. A key fob will be needed. Please request it at event
