What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm CST, so we kindly ask our guests to begin arriving to the venue between 4:30 - 4:50 pm to be seated in the church in time for our ceremony to begin. We will have a string quartet before the ceremony in appreciation of your early arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is black tie. We kindly ask for men to wear a tuxedo and ladies to wear a floor-length gown or skirt.

Can I bring a date?

Please refer to the envelope on your invitation for your guest count. If you have a plus one, it will be noted on the envelope of your formal invitation. We look forward to seeing you soon for our special day!!

As much as we love kids, this will be an adults-only celebration unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We hope this advance notice means you're able to celebrate with us on our big day!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please visit the "Travel" section of our website to learn more about our hotel block at the Loews Hotel. Our reception will be held at the Loews Hotel and will conclude at midnight, so we highly recommend for all of our out-of-town guests to stay at the Loews Hotel the night of our wedding.

Are handicap accessible rooms available at the Loews Hotel?

Yes! You can book accessible rooms directly through the booking link under the "Travel" section. If you have difficulty walking far distances, please contact our on-site coordinate, Evelyn, at Evelyn.Lawler@loewshotels.com and request a hotel room on the 6th floor of the hotel. The ballroom for our reception is also on the 6th floor, so this request will ensure you do not have to walk far distances to/from your hotel room.

Will there be parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be plenty of available parking at both the church and at the Loews Hotel. The Loews Hotel offers garage parking and valet parking services. Please keep in mind that our reception venue is about 15 minutes from the church. You can choose to carpool, Uber, or drive yourself!

Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will be indoor! We don't want our beautiful guests to melt in the August heat!!

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, we kindly ask that you use our registry—items will be shipped directly to our home. A wedding card box & table will be at our reception as well, should you wish to bring an item the day of our wedding.
