Question

Is there a dress code? Existe un codigo de vestimenta?

Answer

Yes! We are asking that all guests wear black formal attire (exceptions; bridesmaids, groomsmen, & mother of bride and groom). No shimmer or shine please. For men, this might mean a traditional suit or even a long sleeve button down and slacks. For women, this means floor length or midi length dresses. Please keep in mind that the wedding can be indoor/outdoor, weather permitting of course! ¡Sí! Estamos pidiendo que todos los invitados usen ropa formal negra (excepciones; damas de honor, padrinos de boda y madre de los novios). Sin brillo, por favor. Para los hombres, esto podría significar un traje tradicional o incluso un botón de manga larga y pantalones de vestir. Para las mujeres, esto significa vestidos largos hasta el suelo o midi. Answer

On your invitation, if your child is specifically listed on the envelope along with your name, they are welcome! (However, if you and your partner would prefer a date night out without the kids, that is fine by us) If they are not on the invite, unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate them - we hope you can understand! Also, please ensure that children who are invited are supervised at all times. There will be special dances and moments when children need to be seated. Due to limited space, children under 3 years old will need to sit on their parent's lap. Children over 3 years old will be seated at the kids-only table, which will be located near the parents. En su invitación, si su hijo/a aparece específicamente en el sobre junto con su nombre, ¡es bienvenido! (Sin embargo, si usted y su pareja prefieren una cita nocturna sin los niños, nos parece bien) Si no están en la invitación, desafortunadamente no podremos acomodarlos, ¡esperamos que pueda entenderlo! Answer

Please take note that our ceremony will be "unplugged," meaning that we kindly ask everyone to put away their personal devices during the ceremony. There will be a 5-minute period before the ceremony begins where you can take pictures and videos. We have hired a wonderful photographer and videographer, and we will gladly share their photos and videos with you afterward. During the reception, we encourage everyone to take photos and share them with us via the QR code provided at the wedding or by sending them via text during or after the event. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que nuestra ceremonia será "desenchufada", lo que significa que pedimos amablemente a todos que guarden sus dispositivos personales durante la ceremonia. Answer

Yes! Hors d’oeuvres will be served throughout cocktail hour. There will also be several other food stations. Dinner will be served during the reception, and cake and desserts will be available as well. ¡Sí! Se servirán aperitivos durante la hora del cóctel. También habrá varias otras estaciones de comida. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond the predetermined plus ones indicated on your wedding invitation. Your invitation will specify if you have the option to bring a plus one. When should I RSVP by? Cuando debo confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

To assist us with our planning, please RSVP by December 1, 2024. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, unfortunately we will have to remove you from our guest list. It's necessary for us to give the venue an accurate guest count in a timely manner. Additionally, please avoid being a "no call, no show". Each of our loved ones has a fee being paid for them to attend. If you are unable to make it after confirming your spot, please communicate as soon as possible so that someone else can take your place. Para ayudarnos con nuestra planificación, por favor confirme su asistencia antes del 1 de diciembre de 2024. Si no recibimos su confirmación de asistencia para entonces, lamentablemente tendremos que eliminarlo de nuestra lista de invitados. Es necesario que le demos al lugar un recuento preciso de invitados de manera oportuna. Además, por favor, evite ser un "no llamar, no presentarse".
