김바나바 목사는 1972년 서울에서 출생하고 십대시절은 거제도 섬에서 자랐습니다. 하나님의 부르심에 순종하여 군 전역 후, 국제 오엠 선교회 (Operation Mobilization)의 선교사로 북아프리카와 이스라엘에서 사역했습니다. 미국의 남침례교 신학교 (The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary)에서 M Div 와 강해설교학으로 Ph D를 취득했습니다. 학위 취득 후 버지니아 소재 와싱톤 중앙장로교회에서 청년부 및 선교 담당 목사로 6년간 사역한 후 2018년 12월부터 퀸즈한인교회 담임으로 섬기고 있습니다.
