Just keep going through, roads will be good to get through. Just finishing construction in the area.

Where will the ceremony take place at 4?

It will be just down on of the main paths exiting the parking lot towards the clearing in the prairie. Look for the chairs.

Is there anything after the ceremony?

The will be dinner, drinks, cake and mingling after the ceremony at the park shelter.
