Shuttles will be provided for guests to the ceremony.

Buffet-style meal with vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options! There will be a cake-cutting ceremony and other desserts as well.

All hotel rooms will be provided. Two guests per room, and couples will be assigned to their rooms. If need be, guests can purchase their own rooms.
Travel Note
Transportation to Ceremony
All guests will receive complimentary transportation to the wedding. However, each guest will be responsible for returning to the hotel.

Question
What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal beach attire. Think light fabrics and tropical elegance. For men, linen shirts and dress pants are great; for women, flowy dresses or jumpsuits are perfect. Comfortable footwear is recommended, as some parts of the venue are outdoors.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors in Café Julia’s beautiful garden area, weather permitting. The dinner will be indoors and the reception will follow outdoors, with an indoor backup plan in case of rain.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM, and shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:00 PM. We recommend being ready by 2:30 PM.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
January in Honolulu is typically warm with a slight breeze, averaging 75–80°F (24–27°C). We recommend bringing a light shawl or jacket for the evening.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and hope you can enjoy a relaxing evening with us.

Answer
Yes! The menu will include vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. If you have specific dietary needs, please let us know when you RSVP.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow our photographer to capture the special moments. Feel free to take photos during the reception and share them using our wedding hashtag: #PamAndJimInParadise. Disposable cameras will also be provided.
