There will be a shuttle providing transportation from the Canopy by Hilton and Residence Inn hotels to/from the venue on Saturday, 4/12. There will be two trips both ways (pick up between 3:45-4:00pm, and 4:15-4:30pm, and returning trips at 10:30pm and 12:30am).

Question
What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive and be seated by 4:45pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We will be having a welcome gathering on 4/11 from 8:00 - 11:00pm at the Canopy by Hilton Hotel. Please join us if you are in the area that night! Food and drinks will be served.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will be a shuttle from the Canopy and Residence Inn hotels, to/from the venue. There will be two trips each way at the start and end of the event (3:45pm, 4:15pm, 10:30pm, 12:30am).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot at Maritime Parc with valet or self-parking with complimentary validation. You must scan QR code and enter the validation code: MARITIMEV Please see our gallery for image with full parking instructions. We want everyone to be safe, so please utilize our shuttle service and if necessary, overnight parking is OK at Maritime Parc with proper validation.

For any food allergies, please notify Maritime Parc staff when they are taking dinner orders and they will be accommodated.
