Dress Code: Formal Garden Attire 🌿 Think elegant and polished, but suited to an outdoor garden setting. For women: Long or midi dresses in soft or bold tones Dressy sandals or heels (wedge or block heels recommended for grass) Accessories like hats or florals are welcome but optional For men: Suits or dress pants with a blazer Light-coloured shirts or pastel tones work beautifully Ties are optional, but polished shoes are preferred We’re aiming for a classy, relaxed garden feel — please dress to feel great and wedding-ready while keeping comfort in mind for an outdoor venue. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing baby blue, as this is reserved for our bridal party.
As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitation — no additional plus ones, unfortunately. Children are also not permitted, except for those we’ve already spoken to individually. If your child is on that list, they’ll need to be supervised by you at all times and cannot move around the venue unsupervised. Please also note: Jaspers does not provide highchairs, prams, bassinets, or children’s bedding — you're welcome to bring your own if needed. Thanks so much for understanding!
Our immediate family will be staying at the villa on the night of the wedding, while the bridal and groom crews will be in a nearby Airbnb. A few friends are welcome to come hang out with us afterward — just to kick back and wind down — but please let us know in advance. (No sleepovers, though!) There are a few affordable accommodation options just 5 minutes away, with an average cost of around $400–$650 per night. Places are booking out quickly, so we recommend securing something as soon as you can!
We won't be providing transportation, but the venue is approximately a 2 hour drive from Sydney. We recommend planning your trip in advance.
Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you’d like to contribute, we would truly appreciate a monetary gift — a wishing well will be available at the wedding. 💛
Yes! There is plenty of parking spots available on-site.
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time, as we will be following a strict schedule.
