We are excited to share our special day with you here at this beautiful venue at Hidden Acres.
Reception - Cocktail hour and games
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
There will be a few light bites available plus beverages available at the Tavern. Enjoy a few games of cornhole or bocce ball while we go take bridal party photos.
Reception - Dinner and Dancing
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Assemble in the beautiful lakeside reception area to welcome us as newly wed Bride and Groom! Dinner will be served approximately 7pm followed by mingling and cake cutting. Dancing will begin approximately 8:30pm. Note that the Tavern will close at 10:30. Event to conclude approx 11pm.

This hotel is very close to the Ontario Airport and about 25-45 minutes from our wedding venue, depending on the traffic on 15fwy northbound. It features an indoor pool, fitness center, bistro, bar. Room rates ~$200/night. There may be a fee to park.

Question
Will there be cell service at the wedding venue?
Answer
No, sorry. This venue, while just under 6 miles from the 15 fwy, is a 22 acre property nestled in the mountains in Lytle Creek. We found there is no cell service there! Please keep this in mind if you are trying to reach others while you are at our event. For those that would like to call Lyft or Uber at the end of our event, may do so with the help of Hidden Acres staff! Please do not drink and drive!

Can I bring a plus one?

No, sorry. Our event is invite only. The Hidden Acres staff will check you in from our registration list when you arrive. We cannot wait to see you!

What is the attire?
Answer
This will be a dressy-casual event. Basically that means a bit more relaxed than semi-formal. Only the groom will be in a tuxedo. The terrain is uneven and therefore ladies should leave their stilettos at home. ;-) Oma says bring a sweater, as it could get chilly at night.

Where do I park?

The Hidden Acres property has a huge parking lot available. For those that need assistance walking far distances, there is a golf cart service available to get you from the parking lot to the entrance of the venue.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
The Tavern is where the bar will be located. Coffee, tea, sodas, etc will be provided. Alcohol will be available for purchase. There will be two bartenders there to serve you! We did not want you to spend your time in line, when you could be dancing! :) NOTE: Do not bring any outside alcohol on to the property. The Hidden Acres staff has strict rules about outside alcohol; violators will be asked to leave immediately.
