If only we could’ve known then, what we know now… Ethan and I met when we were just 13 years old in middle school. I’m not sure either one of us knew what could’ve come from our friendship… but I’m so thankful for what did! We stayed friends all throughout school, (even went on a few dates when we were 16 lol) but lost a bit of touch, after, when Ethan went off to the military. We’d catch up every now and then an it just so happened on one of his trips to come home and visit that we met up, got lunch and kind of didn’t stop talking after that haha Nothing could’ve felt more right in the weeks following. Ethan pursued me and I, him. And it’s been history every since! We’re just two best friends who fell in love and have had an amazing friendship from the start. We didn’t know the kind of foundation we were laying back then… and sometimes I wish I would’ve known, I was looking at my future husband, but hey! We’ve made up for any years lost though and I’m just so thankful every other, “wrong turn” lead us back to each other… to the makings of us… & finding our “forevers”.
