How We Met
Our journey started way back in 2014 at LA Fitness in Chula Vista, CA. We dated young, unsure of where life was taking us, and eventually drifted apart. But God wasn't done yet. In 2019, we reconnected as best friends. It was the kind of friendship that felt like home. Then in 2021, after Jess showed up to Wayne’s DJ gig, a simple moment rekindled a spark Wayne couldn’t ignore. That spark grew into over four years of love, long-distance drives, and shared faith in God. In the last four years we have laughed hard together, grieved together, stood by each other, and have grown deeply close with each other. We are so thankful to God for his perfect timing, his faithfulness, and his sweet love. Come join us in this new chapter of covenant love!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive between 2:30-3:00PM-- No Filipino time! If you arrive early, feel free to hang out at The Beau Hotel and grab a drink at the bar.

Where should I park?
Answer
Public parking: LAZ parking, street parking, or near by lots and garages. There are lots across the street. Please give yourself enough time to find parking and try your best to carpool!

Where can I stay?
Answer
The Beau Hotel in Gaslamp San Diego is connected to the venue we are having the ceremony and reception. This is where the bridal party and the bride and groom will be staying! They have designated parking lots for hotel guests that cost 42$ per 24 hours.

What should I wear?
Answer
Dress to impress! Think Christmas formal-- Men can wear a tux or a formal dress shirt. Feel free to be creative and add a festive touch with a pocket square or blazer. Women can wear floor length evening gowns made of velvet, chiffon, satin, or sequins! For colors, wear festive colors such as deep greens, reds, dark blues, black, gold, etc. And if you're cold, have fun with layering!

Is it indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Everything is indoor! The ceremony and reception will be in the same space and mingle hour will be right next door at The Beau Hotel.
Question
Will there be free alcohol?
Answer
We will not be serving alcohol, but there is a bar and drinks for purchase at The Beau! Those can be brought into the reception as well.
