We have 2 shuttles that will make 2 trips each way. Both shuttles will depart the Element Hotel with a total of 36 people max. Departure to Venue 2:45pm and 3:30pm Departure to Hotel 9:45pm and 10:30pm

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, Wilson’s has plenty of parking and you are welcome to leave your vehicle until the following day. But remember we will be providing a shuttle to and from the venue/ hotel as well.

We are only inviting a handful of people. This will be a smaller, intimate wedding. So if you’re reading this… it’s because we love you and want nothing more than for you to be there with us to celebrate. We understand traveling can be tough.
