Excellency Midlands is located at 6 Stafford Park, Telford, TF3 3AT. It’s easily accessible from the M54 motorway, Junction 4, and is approximately 1½ miles (about a 4–5 minute drive) from the junction. On‑site free parking is available for all guests. There will be a buggy service for guests with limited mobility.

The nearest and most convenient airport is Birmingham Airport (BHX), around 1 hr from the venue. You can take a train or taxi to Telford. London Heathrow (LHR) is often more suitable and sometimes cheaper for international flights, though about 3 hrs away. Manchester Airport (MAN) is another good option, roughly 1½ hrs from Telford.

Yes, there is on‑site free parking available for all guests.

Formal/Indian Formal: For women this includes styles like gowns, sarees and lehengas. For men, this includes suits.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive by 10:15 AM so you have time to be seated before the ceremony begins at 10:30 AM.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, please keep your party to the stated number on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be listed on the RSVP.

What type of gifts do you prefer?
Answer
Your presence and prayer is the best gift! If you’d like to honour us with a gift, we’d appreciate monetary contributions as we begin our new chapter together. A wedding card box will be available at the Reception Hall for your convenience.

Will there be a time gap between your Wedding Ceremony and Reception?
Answer
Yes! After the ceremony, enjoy a short 30-minute break in the lobby, sip on a selection of refreshing mocktails, nibble on canapés, and mingle, before the reception doors open!

Will there be live streaming of the wedding?
Answer
The wedding will be live streamed on YouTube, and we’ll share the link with guests who unfortunately can’t celebrate with us in person.

When you RSVP, there’s a section where you can let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies.

What if I have to change my RSVP?
Answer
If your plans change after submitting your RSVP, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our arrangements. You can update your RSVP directly on our wedding website or contact us by phone. We truly appreciate your prompt communication, as it helps us to finalise seating, catering and other details.
