The venue is about ~2 hrs from PDX Airport and ~45 minutes from McMinnville or Salem. Due to limited parking, we will have a shuttle system stopping in McMinnville and Willamina to give lifts to and from the venue. Here is the shuttle schedule: To the venue: Pick up #1, 205 NE Galloway St, McMinnville, OR 97128 at 2:30pm Pick up #2, 266 SE Washington St, Willamina, OR 97396 at 3:30pm From the venue: Trip #1, leaving at 10pm Trip #2, leaving at 12am Both trips stop in Willamina and McMinnville Please contact us if you would like to discuss the shuttle or parking on the property. We do have a number of spaces reserved if the shuttle won't work for you.

What should I wear?
Answer
Think: chic, woodsy hootenanny! Whimsy and fanciness are in encouraged! The whole event will be outside in mid-July, so expect warm but reasonable temperatures with lots of opportunities to hang out in the shade or take a walk on a wooded trail nearby. Our place is out in the woods at 1100ft. so it will cool off in the evening. For footwear, expect to walk on gravel and soft grass/uneven forest floor, so heels would be a challenge to wear (but go for it if you're brave!).
