$100 Deposit covers what?

Answer

The $100 room deposit secures your room for the wedding and guarantees your reservation. If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, the deposit is fully refundable. The deposit will also be applied towards the final balance of your room. Please note, there are only 25 rooms available, so securing your deposit ensures you will have a room for the event.

Can I put down more of a deposit?

Yes, you can! You are welcome to put down a larger deposit, and whatever amount you choose will go toward the balance of your room.

How much will this cost?

Luckily, the cost won’t break the bank! Our wedding takes place at an all-inclusive resort, so you’ll only need to cover the cost of your room stay and flight, plus any additional activities you choose. The booking website provides the all-inclusive price per person, per night for your room. Flight prices vary depending on the airline, so it’s best to book early for the best deals. To make things easier, there’s also a payment plan option, with the full balance due by May 6, 2025.

Yes, you have the flexibility to pay as little or as much as you’d like. On the booking website, there’s an option for one-time payments that you can use anytime you’d like to submit a payment. Our travel agent, Carol, is available 24/7 on the site to assist you. Please note that full payment is due by May 6, 2025.

How can I keep track of my room balance?

When you place your $100 room deposit, you will choose your room and provide your information, which will allow you to calculate the total cost. Additionally, the travel agent and (Riah) will keep track of your balance and provide an updated invoice every time you make a payment. You’ll receive the invoice via email with a 24-hour turnaround, containing all the necessary details.

When do we arrive ?

We have a room block set for July 17-21, 2025. (Checkout 22nd) We would love for guests to arrive by Thursday, July 17, but Friday at the latest to meet the resort’s 4-night minimum stay requirement. There will be group activities planned for each day, so arriving early ensures you don’t miss out on the fun!

Are there enough rooms for all guest ?

Yes, we currently have a 25-room block reserved for our guests, with options on both the family side and the adults-only side of the resort. To secure your room, we recommend placing your $100 room deposit as soon as possible, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If needed, we may be able to add more rooms depending on the resort’s availability, but keep in mind that summer is a busy season.

Our kids allowed ?

We understand many of our guests have children, and if you need to bring them, you can. The resort has a family-friendly side, but please keep in mind that bringing children will increase the overall cost. This could be a great vacation option for the whole family, and the resort also offers daycare services.
