Travel Note
We will be having our reception in Mexico on November 23, 2024. Please let us know if you are planning on joining us. We want to coordinate transportation for everyone that will be traveling from the United States upon arrival.

K town is centered around the H Mart in Carrollton. There are a lot of great restaurants in this shopping center and the one across the highway. Our favorites include: Moge Tee, Mozart bakery, Abe, LA burger, District One, Kura.
We recently tried this place. We would say it's modern Mexican cuisine.
If you're craving Korean fried chicken.
Great pizza among many other offerings such as pasta and subs. Not only are they down the street from us, they are one of the best NY pizzas we had in Dallas.
A cozy, casual sushi place by our house that we personally enjoy.
Museum is very interactive and geared towards the growing minds of our youth. It is still quite enjoyable as an adult.
Nation's first outdoor glow-in-the-dark park.
Statues with a fun water feature.
Yes, we encountered some issues with the invitation, however they were sent out on 8/13. Please lookout for your copy. :)
Please hit the RSVP tab in the menu options (or scroll all the way to the bottom) and provide your name in the box. If there is an error with the RSVP, please let us know either by text or call. We are available anytime from 5:30pm CST and on.
We would cherish having your presence in this special moment for us. We would like to give an opportunity for all of our guests to plan ahead of the event. We understand this will be a costly decision to make and we want to make sure everyone is included and prepared to make their personal decision in taking part of our special day(s).
Due to our family being split between the United States and Mexico we have decided we would divide the entire event in two: The religious ceremony will be taking part at our church where we attend regularly. Since we would like to take care of our guests, we wanted to invite you all for dinner after the religious ceremony. The reception will take place after an intimate civil wedding within the same event center in Mexico. This is so, Angelica's family can also take part of an important part of the wedding. It is tradition in Mexico to have a big party after the religious and civil ceremony. In this party there is dancing, games and a lot of entertainment involved.
We do not expect all of our guests to attend both locations. We are hosting two events to enable our loved ones to share in our ceremony at their convenience. This is a personal preference on how each one would like to spend their time and resources to join us in this significant step in our lives. If you do decide to come to both, we promise to have two different experiences. Nonetheless, we will value your presence at either or both events.
It is highly recommended for any of our guests that are not familiar with the country or the area to book their own flights to Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico by going through the international airport (located in Apodaca, N.L., Mexico.) We want to advise anyone interested in going, to book their flights as soon as possible as the prices may increase as we get closer to the date. Transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the events taking place in Monterrey will be taken care of by Jeremy, Angelica and Angelica's family. We want to ensure everyone is accommodated and has a safe and fun travel experience.
Dallas: Ideally, we recommend arriving Thursday September 12 or Friday September 13 depending on your role in the ceremony. If you are participating in the ceremony, please arrive by Thursday September 12 so we can have a small rehearsal Friday. Jeremy and Angie plan on having a small get together on Sunday September 15th with Jeremy's family. You are welcome to attend or use this day to return home; this will be a casual social event. Monterrey: We highly recommend that you arrive by Thursday November 21st or Friday November 22nd to relieve Jeremy and Angie from planning for your arrival while they make last minute preparations for the event. Angelica's family will host a small after-party on Sunday November 24th at Angelica's mother's house. This is also a heart-warming farewell party as Jeremy and Angie will be returning to their own home in the following days. We would love to see you there and spend some time with you personally before taking everyone to the airport and parting ways. We encourage you to book your return flight on Monday, November 25, 2024. *Take into consideration, the after party is an event for Jeremy and Angie and everyone else there. They would be missing out on the celebration if you were to book your return on this day.*
Yes. The couple will arrive on November 16th in Mexico and will be taking care of transportation for all guests in the following days, as necessary.
