Mystic Beach
Mystic Beach is a 2km hike (45 minutes) to a beautiful beach with a waterfall. It is accessed via the China Beach parking lot. The trail can sometimes be muddy and lots of roots to avoid. Plan accordingly.

A surf point, popular spot for all the surfers in the Victoria area.
Sombrio Beach East
Where we got engaged! Just 20 minutes past Jordan River it is another popular spot for surfers and is along the Juan de Fuca hiking trail. If you walk all the way down the left hand of the beach, facing the ocean, you can hike to a waterfall!

Question
When should guests arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and signing the guest book. Thank you.
Question
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. Feel free to take photos before and after the ceremony and of course as many as you like at cocktail hour and the reception!

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
Yes, the ceremony is outside with a gazebo for some coverage. Cocktail hour is set under a covered balcony. And the reception will be indoors. Please dress appropriately and stay hydrated throughout the day.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please rsvp as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your rsvp before this date, we cannot make any exceptions. We need to provide the venue our total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire. Dress to impress! Pull out that dress you’ve been dying to wear or dust off that suit! Please no pink or white.

What does cocktail hour consist of?
Answer
There will be a variety of games to play and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. There will be a bar that opens at 3:30pm to purchase drinks. During this time Allison and Jeremy along with their family members and bridal parties will be taking photos and joining later.

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family or if they are apart of the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be specifically addressed within the subject line of your invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding. 🤍

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
No, there will be drink tickets as well as wine on the tables for reception provided by the bride and groom. For additional drinks there will be bar service for guests to purchase.
