A Meet Cute Tale of Trash, Mansplaining, and Serendipity.
When any girl imagines meeting the love of her life, she often imagines her prince wearing camo shorts, a donut shirt, and crocs. Walking down his street, she spots him sweatily taking out the recycling bins on trash night. She would obviously have to make the first move on someone so out of her league. She imagines how their first banter might unfold: "Hello sir, when is the trash picked up?" she would ask. Prince charming would answer "Oh, my fair lady, you see the trash is picked up tomorrow morn. But you will want to set it out tonight, because if you set it out tomorrow, it will be too late, because even though it will technically be tomorrow when the trash is picked up, the time of the pickup will be so early before dawn arrives, you must ensure that it is put out tonight." Beaming triumphantly, truly proud of his ability to succinctly distill down such complex concepts for those new to trash night. She would be clearly smitten. And from there, history would be made. They would smile and God would laugh at his brilliant plan.

Please plan to arrive with enough time to choose a seat, and do your nods from across the aisle at your favorite people. Our plan is to start on time shortly after 4pm.

Yes, there is ample parking at the estate. For people with mobility issues, there will be a cart available for transport.

Can we bring our children? They are so well-behaved!

We love kids. We love your kids. Unfortunately this is just simply an adult-only event, with the exception of breast-feeding mothers and close family.

My spouse can’t come, can I bring my neighbor instead?
Answer
We made the decision early on as a couple, that we wanted our wedding to be special and intimate, shared only with the people who have loved and supported us. Unfortunately, this doesn’t include people we don’t know. However, we still hope you decide to come solo, and we promise to seat you with the coolest people we know!
