Our Wedding Day
4:30 pm - 10:00 pm
ROOFTOP CEREMONY 4:30pm to 5pm Guests are invited to arrive at 4:00 PM. The rooftop ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. ROOFTOP COCKTAIL RECEPTION 5pm to 6pm Join us for cocktails and appetizers on the rooftop terrace RECEPTION 6:15pm to 10pm Join us for a buffet-style dinner and drinks, followed by live singing piano entertainment. Feel free to request your favorite songs, sing along, or hit the dance floor if the mood strikes! The reception will take place on-site, just one floor below the rooftop terrace where the ceremony is held.

Still in town? Join us for a casual get-together at Bacino’s Italian Grill on Friday at 4:00 PM. It’s an easygoing, outdoor hangout—shorts and t-shirts totally welcome, and kids are too! Stop by for a drink or a bite if you're around, and stay as long (or as little) as you’d like. This isn’t a hosted event, just a chance to unwind with anyone still in the city. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll move inside or to a nearby spot—check back here for updates.

Summer Cocktail / Semi-Formal Join us in celebrating with polished summer style—refined and festive. Women are encouraged to wear cocktail dresses, summer dresses, midi or flowy maxi dresses, chic jumpsuits, or dressy separates. Men should wear suits or suit separates with sports coats or blazers encouraged. Ties are optional.

Is there parking available?

Loft Lucia does not have designated parking and street parking is limited. We recommend using Uber or Lyft, or planning extra time to park nearby at the parking garage on Washington Blvd at the end of the block (1032 W Washington Blvd / 110 N Carpenter St). It can be easily booked ahead of time through the SpotHero App.

Are there nearby or recommended Hotels?

The Hyatt House is the closest hotel to Loft Lucia, it is only a 2-minute walk from the venue. The Hoxton, Nobu, Hotel Emily, and the Crowne Plaza are all within walking distance.

Is the ceremony outside? What if it rains?
Answer
The ceremony is planned for the rooftop at Loft Lucia, weather permitting. In case of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors on-site.

Will there be vegetarian or gluten-free options?
Answer
Yes! Our dinner buffet will include vegetarian options and can accommodate some dietary restrictions. Please let us know when you RSVP if you have specific needs.
