Can I bring my friend who is in from out of town with me?
Answer
We have diligently worked so hard to keep our caterer updated with an accurate headcount. Please be mindful of that in planning this celebration with us in this by-invitation-only event.

When should I RSVP by?

Please let us know your attendance by September 15, 2025 so we can save you a spot for dinner!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
In consideration of the wedding party preparations, please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before the ceremony.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We have planned this event based on our vision for our perfect wedding. We want to be comfortable, and don’t want our guests to be uncomfortable so please attend in what you feel is best for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Claremore has several hotel options in the area. Super 8, Will Rogers Inn, Hotel 6 and Hampton Inn with the latter of the two closest to our venue.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
This event is by invitation only. If your invitation included an ‘And Guest’ addressee, then your date is welcome to attend and is included for dinner.
