Ceremony commences at 5pm. Recommend arriving no later than 4:45pm.
Yes! The venue is mainly isolated though there is a race track next door (will not be in use the day of the ceremony). There is plenty of gravel parking a few yards from the venue entrance.
Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors and the reception will take place indoors. Drinks and appetizers will be served. There will be heaters outdoors to help with any windchill.
The dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a suit, blazers, or button down with dress pants. For women, cocktail dresses, jumpsuit, or dressy separates would all work. Respectfully request to avoid denim wear. (Tuxes and gowns are welcomed) Shoes: For our female guest: The ceremony will be held outdoor. The path is paved but the seating area is grass. The cocktail hour will be held on the outdoor patio and the reception will be held indoors.
If your invitation includes an option for a plus one, then yes! We look forward to celebrating with you and your guest. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests than those listed on your invite.
We want you to be able to kick back, relax, and celebrate with us, which is why we have decided to have an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements to leave the kids at the home.
We love photos! We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, we’d like that time to be unplugged & we have hired a photographer who will be able to capture that special moment. For the rest of the wedding, we encourage guests to capture memories!
We will be providing transportation services at the conclusion of the reception (one at 1145pm and another at 1200am). The Golden Ticket Trolley will drop off guests at AirBnB/hotels in either Birch Run or Frankenmuth. Those who are interested please contact Jen and Dani.
