Glacier International Airport (FCA)

For those flying in, you'll be landing at Glacier Park International Airport (FCA), which is just a short 20-minute drive from downtown Whitefish. For the LA people, Avelo Airlines offers affordable direct flights from Burbank (BUR) to Kalispell (FCA) during the summer months. Allegiant and United have a handful of direct options from LAX as well.

PSA! Rental Cars, Uber, & Booking Your Stay

Rental Cars: It is highly recommended to rent a car while in Whitefish. We will be providing transportation to and from the river float (Thursday) and ceremony (Saturday), however, you will need a car to get around if you are interested in soaking up all the adventures the town has to offer. If you have any questions or are considering other options (i.e. shuttles or drivers), please contact your hotel or place of lodging! Uber: We’re excited to share that Whitefish recently got Uber! While it’s a great option for getting around, availability may be limited at times, so we recommend planning ahead for transportation and not relying on it too heavily. Booking your hotel or rental home: We recommend booking your hotel or rental home as soon as possible. Although there are plenty of options for places to stay, summertime in Whitefish is short and sweet...so there is high demand.

AirBnB or VRBO

There are many wonderful rental homes in the area available through AirBnB or VRBO. We recommend staying in downtown Whitefish or on the southeast/southwest side of Whitefish Lake to be close to wedding festivities and transportation pickup/drop off spots. Transportation to and from the venue will pick up guests near downtown. If you’re considering staying at a home further away from this area, please keep in mind the additional driving time and plan accordingly. Before booking, please use Google Maps and input the address of the rental and assess the proximity to downtown Whitefish. If you have any questions, please reach out to us!
