If you have the time, a trip to Glacier is a must! We recommend doing a half-day Whitewater River Rafting trip. If you want to hike, any of the trails will be breathtaking. Be sure to check the website for car reservations, day passes, things to do, etc.
For the hikers! There are so many trails in Whitefish. Check out the website to get a sense of effort, distance, and views and take your pick!
There are a bunch of great trails here. Beaver Lake Loop is an easy-to-moderate, beautiful option. Be sure to bring your bathingsuit if you want to hike (or drive) to the various lakes within this area. Murray Lake & Beaver Lake are our favorites!
For the fisher-people! Check out Whitefish Lake Charters to book a guided trip. Ask for John Chisholm as your guide.
For the boaters! If you will be in town for a few days and are interested in renting a boat/jet skis, this is a great option.
For the horse-back riders!
