Hotel
Literally in the same building as the wedding! Stumble to and from your room with ease. Never stayed here but I'm sure it's fine!
Hotel
Giant newer hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Not far from the ceremony!
Hotel
This is like a 10 minute car ride/30 min walk from the wedding so it's close and NOT downtown which can be nice!
Hotel
A little less NEW feeling, and close to the wedding!
Hotel
This is in the Mission so it's a little farther but it's a Victorian bed and breakfast with a little courtyard hot tub. Very small if you can snag a room.
Hotel
Ornate victorian gold rush era hotel in Pac Heights, not too far and not downtown!
Zillions of arcade games, player pianos and machines from like 1915 to the 90s
Watch the swimmers in the bay, walk out on the pier. Looks like you're in the 30s. Short walk from Musee Mechanique
Old beautiful bar in between Chinatown and Little Italy, both worth a day hanging out in
Walk up the Filbert streets steps to Coit tower. The path is really pretty, there are wild parrots, and then at the top there's a great view and the murals at the bottom of Coit Tower are so cool (and free). Or pay to go up to the top of the tower! Both cool!
A big musical instrument you can hang out on that is played by the waves
A fave old timey restaurant
Ruins of a very cool bathhouse by the Pacific
The scene of our first date, also it is a cemetery essentially
Excellent Japan Town. Best sushi in it is called Sasa. But the sushi boats are cheap and good. Hit the incense shop. There's also aura photographs across the street at Sharaku
