We request that guests attend in semi to formal attire. No jeans or shorts. (Ladies, please feel free to wear ANY color)

What should I know about the venue?

Answer

Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area located near the parking lot by the fire pit. Guests who smoke outside of this designated area may be asked to leave the venue. Alcohol: Please do not consume alcohol before the ceremony begins. We'll have plenty of time to celebrate together afterward! Bug Protection: The venue is located in a beautiful, heavily wooded area. We recommend applying bug spray before arriving or bringing some with you, as mosquitoes and ticks are common. Reserved Seating: The first two rows at the ceremony are reserved for immediate family (parents and siblings). If there are empty seats after family members have been seated, guests are welcome to use those seats.

Can I share photos on social media?

Absolutely! We'd love for you to capture and share special moments from our day. We simply ask that you stay present during the celebration and limit taking photos during the ceremony so our professional photographer can capture those once-in-a-lifetime moments without distractions. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away and share your favorite memories!

What if I can't attend after I've RSVP'd, or I miss the RSVP deadline?

Answer

If your plans change after you've RSVP'd, please let us know as soon as possible. We have a limited guest count, and notifying us promptly allows us to invite someone from our waiting list. If you miss the RSVP deadline, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that we'll be able to accommodate a late response. We may only be able to accept late RSVPs if space becomes available due to cancellations. Thank you for understanding and helping us finalize our guest list!
