Please RSVP for your party no later than June 14, 2025. This ensures we have an accurate headcount and can finalize our arrangements. Please reserve your spot to celebrate with us, we would hate for you to miss it.

What is the Dress Code?

Please dress Semi-Formal. NO CREAM, RED, IVORY, WHITE or OFF WHITE dresses (out of respect for the Bride). Please avoid STEEL BLUE or DUSTY BLUE (these are reserved for the bridal party). We appreciate you all respecting our wishes on this special day!

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Unfortunately, unless specifically noted on your invitation, no additional guests are allowed. We appreciate your understanding!

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The reception/cocktail hour will start at 6:00 p.m. Please plan to arrive at 5:45 p.m. the earliest. If you would like to have a photo with the bride and groom please arrive no later than 6:30 p.m. These photos will be handed out as thank you gifts after the reception. For those invited to the tea ceremony, the ceremony will be held at 9 a.m. If on the Bride’s side, please arrive at the Bui Residence no later than 8:50 a.m. If on the Groom’s side, please arrive no later than 8:10 a.m. at Yamashita/Hart Residence. For those invited to the Wedding Ceremony, please arrive at the Bui Residence no later than 11:15 a.m. The Ceremony will start at 11:30 a.m. There will be special instructions for those participating in the ceremony. Are Children Welcomed?

We would love to have everyone’s children attend, however due to limited seating, we unfortunately are not able to accommodate everyone. Unless specifically noted on your invitation, children are not allowed. So please find a good nanny and enjoy the night off!

Will There Be An Open Bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar for the first 3 hours of the reception. Please fill up while it's open, but make sure to drink responsibly! We do not want to have to carry anyone out in a stretcher. Một, Hai, Ba, Vô! Không say không về!

Where Can I Park?

Answer

For the reception, there is a parking lot located behind the venue. We recommend Uber or Lyft for those who plan to drink. For the ceremony, please park around the neighborhood. There is street parking. Please avoid parking directly in the cul-de-sac.

Gifts

Answer

We would appreciate monetary gifts. Traditionally, red envelopes are given to the bride and groom as wish of good luck and prosperity. These are usually given during table greetings (Chào bàn) or placed in the gift box located near the entrance of the reception.
