The closest airport to fly into is Cancun International Airport. The hotel will provide free airport transfer which includes 1 private round-trip transportation per room reservation (all guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time). Service is to and from Cancun International Airport. Free airport transfer is only available for suite-only stays of a minimum of three nights, made directly through The Excellence Collection's official websites or its reservations center.
