Please RSVP by October 31st. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will have to mark you as not attending.
Yes! Guests invited to the bachelor/bachelorette events and rehearsal dinner will get separate invites — just be sure to RSVP. The resort has tons of activities, shows, and things to do, and we’ll be hanging out by the pool and grabbing casual lunches together during the day. Lots of chances to relax, laugh, and make memories before the big day!
We would love for you to stay with us at the resort, but we understand if you need to make other arrangements! If you plan to book accommodations elsewhere, please let Jeff or Jess know as soon as possible, and before you finalize any bookings. Our venue has a limit on the number of guests who can stay off-site, so we need to coordinate this in advance. Guests not staying at the resort will need an 5-hour event pass, which must be requested before December 1, 2025. Last-minute guests unfortunately can’t be accommodated. Please email Judy for more details and to request a pass if needed. She can also help arrange passes for other resort days if you’d like to join us for more activities!
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding and is exclusively for 18+.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, you will see the option to select on the RSVP page. If you have any questions please reach out to Jeff or Jess.
Dress for spring and summer - colorful, linen, and flowy fits are the vibe. We'll be the only ones in black and white, so we kindly ask guests to skip those colors if possible. Note: The ceremony and reception will both take place on the beach. White dress shirts are okay. Shoes are optional.
Judy is our travel agent and resort liaison. She is here to help with any questions travel or about the resort. Judy Julian judy@traveldesignsbyjudy.com
