You know Yasy-Yas and Uncle Jean love the kids! HOWEVER, we respectfully request no children at the ceremony or reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 2:30pm. Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to get settled. Doors open at 1:50pm. Doors for the Ceremonial space will close at 2:25pm!

What should I wear?

Answer

Winter-formal/Semi-formal attire is strictly enforced. Men should bring their best suit out and women are recommended to wear warm formal attire; think long sleeve dresses, dresses with a shawl or cardigan, etc. The reception will be taking place indoors while the ceremony is expected to be outdoors on the Garden lawn of the venue. The venue will provide heaters outside if needed, we will monitor the weather as we get closer to the big day!

What is the wedding itinerary?

Answer

We will have a Ceremony, followed by wedding party and family portraits which will overlap with our cocktail hour so that our guests can enjoy small bites and drinks, followed by a reception to close out the evening. There will be programs in our welcome area with exact times and more details.
