Are kids welcome?

While we love your children dearly, we have decided to have a child free wedding and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We sincerely hope you will still be able to attend!

Are dogs welcome?

Answer

All your fur babies are welcomed in our hearts but unfortunately we won't be allowing dogs other than the flower girl, LuAnn, to come to the wedding. We hope you will still be able to join us on our big day!

Will there be parking?

There is ample parking on site. As most of you will be driving in, either in owned or rented vehicles, we made sure to have enough space for all.

What will the weather be like?

The average temperatures in November in Fredericksburg is a high of 70 degrees with a low of 46 degrees Fahrenheit. We will know more about the weather conditions closer to the day.

How should I get there?

Answer

Fredericksburg is about 1.5-1.75 hours away, west, from AUS Airport. It would be best to fly into AUS Airport and rent car to drive to the town. Those of you who can, should plan to car pool for ease of travel and to mitigate costs.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will commence at 3:30 sharp so please arrive at least 15 minute prior to mingle and find your seats!

Where is the ceremony?

The ceremony is located right next to the event hall space, there will be staff on site that can and will help you find where to go.

Dinner will be served at 5:30pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

A plus one will be indicated on your invitations. Please adhere to the allotted amount of people on your invitation as our headcount and wedding calculations depend on that.

We are asking that RSVPs are completed by July 31, 2025 to be included.

What if I have a dietary requirement?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we don't have ample time we can't guarantee any options for you!

Will you be serving alcohol?

Yes, there will be two bars open on site from 4:30 - 9:30 pm.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

The property requires that all alcohol for the event goes through the venue, this is a requirement by law and we must abide. If you are staying on the campground, please reach out to us for additional information about how these rules apply to you.

Is there a theme/what should I wear?

Answer

There isn't a theme but our colour scheme is Black, White and Forest Green. Please feel free to wear either cocktail or formal attire. No jeans or cowboy boots or flip flops please.

Can I take photos?

Answer

You are more than welcome to take photos during the reception but during the ceremony we ask that you be present as it will be short and sweet. There will be photographers capturing the moment that will be shared later upon request!

The registry is included on this website. We aren't asking for any gifts. You can donate to our wedding or honeymoon but it is certainly not required! Thank you!
