This will be an outdoor ceremony if weather permits!
4:00 - Ceremony 5:00 - Photos 6:00 - Cocktail hour and bites at the reception cabin. **It is about a 45 minute drive from ceremony cabin to reception cabin. After the family and friends photos are taken, the lovely couple will take their's, then meet you at the reception cabin! There are a limited number of parking spots at both cabins, so please let us know if you are planning to use a spot and we can coordinate! With the ceremony being in the mountains, service is limited and gps signals get lost. To help you prepare, we have directions below in the “Things to Do” section.

Brunch! Anyone can come! (But know that I'll (Jay) think less of you if you don't.) There are no reservations at Camp. We'll call early in the morning to reserve a table. It's a popular idea to get pancakes on Sunday, and doubly so on Mother's Day, so we're hoping to call early enough to make it brunch. We want to sleep in!

Closest Airport: Knoville Airport -Renting a car or hiring a shuttle service (one example: Smoky Bear Shuttle) is highly recommended as public transportation options and rideshares are non existent when you get to Gatlinburg. It would be difficult to find a ride share back to the airport. The closest airport is about an hour drive to Gatlinburg. We know travel can be tough, so please reach out with any travel questions, and we can see what everyone's plans are and coordinate!
House Or Rental
Spence Cabin
This is our charming ceremony cabin inside the National Park. -Parking is very limited. So please let us know if you need a spot. We will try to get people going in groups, so let us know your travel plans, and we can make plans accordingly. -It's common that people's phone service and GPS won't work once they travel into the mountains, which could make it difficult to find Spence Cabin. We have provided some directions from a local photographer to help you come prepared. The link is below in the “Things to Do” section.

Vacation Adventures by Vicki: Heavenly Heights Mountain Retreat
-We rented this large cabin for the reception on Saturday, May 9th. The night will be filled with games, music, sillies, food and a bonfire for s'mores. If you are interested in spending the night on Saturday, please let us know and we will let you know of accommodations! -Friday will be filled with getting the cabin ready, but feel free to stop by and have food, play games, and relax in the cabin (in the designated non wedding areas ;) of course ) -Sunday morning, anyone is welcome to stay and hang out and take in the beauty of the smokies from the giant deck! We are also going out to brunch if you want to join!
