For East Coast travelers heading to Denpasar, Bali (DPS), expect a journey consisting of 2 flights 8hrs, then 12 hrs. Common layover cities include: * Middle East: Dubai (DXB), Doha (DOH) * Asia: Singapore (SIN), Hong Kong (HKG), Taipei (TPE), Seoul (ICN), Tokyo (NRT) * Europe: Amsterdam (AMS), Istanbul (IST) Airlines like Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, Cathay Pacific are some we have used and recommend. NOTE: Qatar Economy can feel similar to Asia Air (don't recommend) business class. So be aware of price points as not all airlines are the same with space and comfort. Booking & Travel Tips: * Book 3-6 months in advance for better prices and availability. * Aim for mid-week flights. * Be aware of the 12-hour time difference. * Compare prices across multiple sites: Google Flights, Skyscanner, Kayak, Momondo, Hopper, Expedia, and Priceline. No single site always has the lowest fare. * Try incognito/private Browse when searching; some believe it prevents price increases based on search history. * Explore using loyalty programs and credit card points (e.g., Chase, Amex, Alaska Airlines) for significant savings. They are located in the beautiful cultural heart of Ubud. This is a wonderful base for exploring many of the activities listed above. Welcome Dinner at Masa Masa (South East Asian Buffet)

Casual: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
We’re hosting a casual welcome dinner at Masa Masa before the wedding and would love for you to join us. It’s completely optional, but it would mean a lot to have you there. Let us know if you have any food allergies or requests. **What if my flight arrives very close to dinner time?** This is a buffet dinner so you can join us anytime. You can ask your driver to drive you to Masa Masa directly from the airport then ask him to wait for you with your luggage in the car. Then after dinner he can take you to the hotel. This is a very common practice in Bali. It will probably be an additional $5-6 USD

Recovery Day - Moonstone Beach Lounge

Beach Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals.
The celebration doesn’t end at the wedding. Join us the next day at Moonstone Beach Club for a laid-back recovery session by the sea. Think slow morning. Pool dips. Ocean views. Good food. Easy laughter. We’ll gather for lunch, claim a few loungers, and spend the afternoon swimming and unwinding together. No schedule. Just sunshine, pool and quality time. Bringing little ones? Perfect. Kids are welcome and there’s plenty of space for them to splash and play. If you’re checking out of your hotel that day, pack a beach bag and leave your luggage with your villa or hotel concierge. Then come to Moonstone and settle in with us. Swim. Refuel. Reconnect. We’d love one more day with you.

Jason & Janice's Wellness Retreat Tour + Ubud Center

We will take a short tour of our sound healing studio and do a mini session in Ubud. Then visit our wellness villas, Live@Serendipity. We'd love to share with you how we have progressed in our dream. We will have dinner at SoulShine hotel (Michael Franti's music and wellness retreat center). Attire Suggestions Light, breathable fabrics work best in Ubud’s warm, humid weather. Think linen, cotton, or flowy pieces you can move in. Flat sandals or comfy sneakers for uneven pavements. Bring a hat and sunglasses for the sun. A light layer helps for cafés or evening breeze.
