Yes, Black-Tie. We ask ladies to wear a floor-length, tea-length, or mid-length gown. No white or ivory dresses. We ask the gentlemen to wear suits or tuxes. Men will wear a tie or bowtie. No jeans. See the above picture for our "Dress Attire Color Guide".

Unfortunately, due to the small/intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your Invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Although we do love your kiddos, our wedding day will be an Adults-Only event. However, the Night Before Event on Thursday is kid friendly!

Will there be a reserved room-block at a local Hotel for us to stay?

Answer

Yes, we have a limited number of rooms reserved at Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale for the "Etzel-Greenstone Wedding" available until October 7th. See our "Accommodations" tab for the room-block link. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible to establish the rate. For reservation questions or concerns Call Jennifer at 480-543-1035.

Are there any perks to booking with the reserved hotel over an airbnb?

Answer

Yes, plenty of perks! When checking-in at Hotel Adeline you will receive a welcome drink and a $25 food and beverage voucher for each day you will be staying there. The hotel has a beautiful lounge, bar, restaurant, and even a trendy speakeasy! You will be close to all the action with The Night Before event taking place at the hotel and the Wedding venue only 20 minutes away! Hotel Adeline is located in Old Town, Scottsdale which is a lively/tourist friendly area of town. Hotel guests may use the hotel bikes for no cost to ride around the town! There is also free parking for hotel guests if you wish to bring a car. The large heated outdoor pool will be open so don't forget to bring your swimsuit! We'll see you there!

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

The best airport to fly into is the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The other option is the Mesa-Gateway Airport.

Will this be an outdoor wedding?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will take place outside the Villa in the courtyard. Early November in Arizona should be warm during the day, and could be chilly at night. Wear coats/jackets if the weather permits. There will be light blankets provided for the ladies if needed. The dance floor will be held indoor.

Will there be available parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is a large parking lot directly outside the venue with plenty of spaces to park free of charge. Kindly consider carpooling or Uber if you wish to take advantage of our open bar! (Our Venue is 20 minutes away from Hotel Adeline, allow more time for rush hour traffic.)

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have an informal gathering the night before on Thursday, November 7th. Join us for drinks, lite bites, and mingling at the Hotel Adeline Scottsdale outdoor reserved pool bar at 8pm! Cocktail-Attire. Festivities will wind down around 11pm that night.
