Janaira and her family relocated from Broward to Palm Beach after purchasing a home in the West Lake area. She never imagined that change would lead her to someone who would become such an important part of her life. While visiting different congregations, she and her family eventually found themselves at the South Loxahatchee congregation — a place she thought would simply become her new spiritual home. Little did she know, it would also become the place where she would meet her future husband. During one of Janaira's first visit to the South Loxahatchee congregation, Hosea walked up and introduced himself. They both noticed something familiar about each other, eventually recollecting that they had met years ago at a gathering in Davie, Florida. Come to find out, they had already been acquaintances on Instagram for years, though they had never really interacted. Not long after, Hosea reached out to Janaira with a message on Instagram, asking how she was settling in and if she had decided on a congregation. At the next Congregation meeting, Hosea asked Janaira for her number and let her know he would keep her posted whenever events and social activities were taking place. Not long after, he invited her to a game night. That simple invitation opened the door to countless conversations, shared experiences, and a deepening admiration for one another’s qualities. From there, the rest is history. Over time, their friendship blossomed into love, and 1 year later, that love has brought them here — ready to join two amazing families and begin their life together as husband and wife.
