What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We ask guests to kindly arrive promptly at 4:00pm for a 4:30pm ceremony start time.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Formal attire. Our wedding colors are neutrals - consisting of champagne, beige, taupe, and greens from florals.
Question
What will the weather be like?
Answer
Bel Air Bay Club is along the coast. Our ceremony will be taking place outside on the lawn facing the ocean. Anticipate that it may be warm during the early evening. Our reception will be held indoors in the upper club ballroom.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Unfortunately we are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Valet service will be provided for our guests.
