Rates above do not include per stay Cleaning Fee ($7.50) or Delaware Highlands Conservancy ($2.00 one-time), Amenity Fee ($10 per night), Settlers Cares ($1.00 one-time) or nightly Sales & Occupancy Taxes (13%). Reservations have a 30-day cancellation policy attached to them. If a cancellation needs to get made, it must be done 30 days prior to the arrival date to avoid the guest being charged a cancellation fee. All reservations will have a non-refundable deposit of one night's room and tax charged 30 days in advance of the arrival date. Guests must indicate they are making a reservation in the room block by calling the hotel directly at 570-536-6020 for rates & availability to be honored. They also must be booked directly through the property. We are unable to modify reservations that are booked through Third Party Travel Agents.
